At Wassitex, every watch is carefully inspected, securely packaged in elegant gift-ready presentation, and shipped with the highest standards of care. We are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli national and religious holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your watch leaves our Jerusalem workshop.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to Israel and selected international destinations, including the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many countries in the Middle East and Gulf region.
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your location. If your country is not supported, please contact us before ordering.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Within Israel (Domestic)
• Standard Shipping (Israel Post or local courier): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx): 1–3 business days
To the United States
Orders to the USA are fulfilled with the support of our US logistics partner for optimized delivery and customs handling.
• Standard: 5–12 business days
• Express: 3–6 business days
International Shipping (Other Countries)
• Standard International (DHL, FedEx or equivalent): 7–21 business days
• Express International: 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Express Shipping
We offer competitive shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Free Express Shipping Promotion:
Enjoy free express shipping on all orders over $150 (or equivalent in your local currency). This promotion is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
For orders under $150, standard and express rates are displayed during checkout based on your shipping destination.
5. Tracking & Delivery
• Every order includes full tracking.
• You will receive email notifications when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
• For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
6. Premium Packaging & Insurance
Every Wassitex watch is shipped in elegant, protective, gift-ready packaging. All shipments are insured for their full value against loss or damage during transit.
7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all shipments outside Israel:
• The customer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• We declare the full commercial value of the merchandise as required by law.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of possible fees before ordering.
If a package is held by customs due to unpaid fees, we cannot offer refunds for the product or original shipping cost.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or experiences a major delay:
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
2. Provide your order number and details.
We will immediately file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit). Because all shipments are insured, we handle these cases promptly and fairly.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery problems, returns, or extra fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional re-shipping fees will apply.
10. Policy Updates
Wassitex reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the current “Last Updated” date.
