Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
• Within The United States: 5-12 business days (standard) or 3-7 business days (express)
• International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free express shipping on all orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
What is your warranty?
All Wassitex watches come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, water damage from misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for more information.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Product Information
Are your watches genuine mechanical / automatic watches?
Yes. Our watches feature genuine automatic (self-winding) mechanical movements. They are Swiss-style timepieces designed for reliability and elegance.
What does water resistance mean?
Water resistance ratings indicate the watch can withstand splashes or brief immersion. We recommend avoiding swimming, showering, or exposing the watch to hot water, steam, or chemicals, as this can damage the watch even if it has a high water resistance rating.
How accurate are mechanical watches?
Mechanical watches are precision instruments but are not as accurate as quartz watches. A daily variation of ±10 to ±30 seconds is considered normal for most automatic movements.
Can I resize the watch strap or bracelet myself?
We recommend having the strap or bracelet professionally sized by a watchmaker or jeweler to avoid damage.
