Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wassitex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully inspect every watch before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  All original packaging, protective films, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included and in perfect condition.

  The watch must not have been sized, adjusted, or modified in any way.

  A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  Watches that have been worn, sized, or altered

  Watches without original packaging or missing parts

  Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  Customized or engraved watches

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order via email at contact@wassitex.com or WhatsApp at +972 52 371 7929.

2.  Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

3.  Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

4.  Ship the watch back in its original packaging using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different model or size (subject to availability), provided the returned watch meets all eligibility requirements.

If the new watch is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
