At Wassitex, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. Every timepiece is carefully inspected before shipping. We are proud to offer the following warranty:

Warranty Period

All Wassitex watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

What Is Covered

•  Defects in the movement (automatic or mechanical)

•  Manufacturing faults in the case, crown, or hands

•  Issues with the strap or bracelet (excluding normal wear and tear)

•  Water resistance failure due to a manufacturing defect (when the watch is used according to its specifications)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

•  Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, strap wear, etc.)

•  Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling

•  Water damage resulting from misuse or exceeding the watch’s water resistance rating

•  Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

•  Loss or theft of the watch

•  Battery failure (for quartz models, if applicable)

•  Damage from sizing adjustments or strap changes

•  Damage caused by extreme temperatures, chemicals, magnetic fields, or negligence

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1.  Contact our customer support team at contact@wassitex.com or via WhatsApp at +972 52 371 7929 within the 2-year warranty period.

2.  Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue along with photos.

3.  Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if necessary.

4.  Ship the watch back using a tracked and insured method as instructed.

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the watch to us for inspection.

Warranty Service

•  If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.

•  We will cover the cost of repair or replacement parts. Return shipping to the customer may be covered depending on the case.

•  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Important Notes

•  This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not guarantee the long-term accuracy or performance of the watch beyond normal specifications for mechanical timepieces.

•  We reserve the right to decline warranty service if the watch shows clear signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or neglect.
